Nouriel, Da Heat & Old Dogs

**********

I finished reading “The Harbinger,” by Jonathan Cahn.

The main character is a writer named Nouriel. He is visited by a prophet who takes him on a journey “that holds the secret of America’s future …”

One that ties the Biblical events from the Book of Isaiah and Israel to historical events here in America. Nouriel must learn about the harbingers and try to solve the answer of each one.

It is an adventure worth reading about.

So, how hot is it?

“It is so hot… the trees are whistling for the dogs.”

“It is so hot… I saw a chicken lay a fried egg.”

“It is so hot… the birds have to use potholders to pull worms out of the ground.”

“If it gets any hotter, I’ll have to take off stuff I really ought to keep on.”

I finished Season 8 of Game of Thrones. Although Episode 3, "The Long Night," was long for me. The "dead" were too numerous, the fires only partially successful and I've no idea where Ayra Stark came from.

My favorite character continues to be Tyrion Lannister. The man who drinks wine and knows things. Even in the end when faced with being executed, he is able to bring the leaders together, establish a new king and become the "King's Hand."
