Turkey & Apple Pie, Black Friday & Casablanca

Happy Thanksgiving and hopefully y'al didn't overindulge.

I watched the Macy's Day Parade and enjoyed the floats and the music. 

We had an afternoon dinner and we kept it to a small gathering.

Dee made her famous apple pie, which is always excellent. And our daughter-in-law prepared the main course. It was excellent.

I've ordered a Samsung 27" curved monitor for my hobby room. It's suppose to arrive at the store on Sunday. I also ordered a new chair which is scheduled to arrive at the house on Tuesday. 

Just taking advantage of the "Black Friday" deals.

Casablanca was released on November 26, 1942. 

For those of you not familiar with this great movie, here are some of the great quotes.

I finished a puzzle that my best friend Phil Viverito gave me years ago. 

Actually it was my first attempt.

 Don’t know why I waited until now to complete it. It was not an easy task, but it was a great

 challenge, hopefully providing some healthy activity for my brain.

 It is a “Wentworth Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle” made from “Finnish birch ply.” It represents the

 Norman Cavalry from the Bayeux Tapestry.

This has been the craziest election I can remember. 

There are some results from various offices, but there seems to be more questions and concerns about counting and mistrust throughout our country. It's embarrassing, humorous and ridiculous.

Just my $.02
