"Never be in a hurry; do everything quietly and in a calm spirit. Do not lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever, even if your whole world seems upset." Saint Francis De Sales

78th Regiment of Foot (Part Deux)

**********

**********

This is the 2nd Squad from the 78th Regiment of Foot. They will accompany the 1st Squad, which I wrote about in July of 2018.

As a reminder, the 78th was also “referred to as the 78th Fraser Highlanders. It was raised in Scotland and sent to North America in 1757.”

This squad is under the command of Sergeant Duncan Weir of Torwood, Scotland. His second in command is Corporal Donald McLeod, assigned from one of the Grenadier Companies.

The squad is bringing gun powder to the Regiment.

These are Old Glory figures.

  1. I'd like to learn more about Duncan Weir. Do you have documents available?
